Terms & Conditions
Before continuing with your booking, please read these Terms & Conditions. When you proceed to book you've accepted the Terms & Conditions.
A booking is only confirmed if Northern Soul Journeys has responded to you and agreed on said activity and date.
From here on Northern Soul Journeys is referred to as We.
BOOKING & RESERVATION
For us to respond to your inquiry and be able to help you get the best experience together with us we're asking you to provide us some personal details.

Contact details (name, phone nr, email) to the person submitting the inquiry.

The number of people in your group, including the age of children.

Name & date of birth of everyone in the group

Details on dietary requirements

Health conditions & medication to be aware of

Size information (shoe size, height, weight, clothing)
PERSONAL DATA
We're only using your information in-house and it will not be shared further by us
PAYMENT & PRICES
For bookings made with tour operators, an invoice will be sent after the tour.
For direct bookings, guests can pay for the tour on spot by card payment.
All prices are in SEK (Swedish kronor) incl VAT(taxes).
CANCELLATION
You can cancel the tour by emailing us. For the cancellation to be valid We need to confirm it with you by responding to your email.

Cancellations made less than 61 days before the activity will be charged with 25% of the amount

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the activity will be charged 100% of the amount
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather, trail conditions or other unforeseen events. In that case you'll be fully refunded.
We reserve the right to adjust the tour based on weather, trail conditions, temperature, guest comfort or other security reasons.
LIABILITY & RISK
The region we operate is in a remote area with long distances between major towns and comforts. In this region, there may exist risk and hazards. Make sure you don't underestimate the weather and overestimate your skill level. It's crucial for your safety that you always listen to our guides instructions.
We have well thought out safety plans for all of our activities and our guides are experienced in winter & summer travels in the region. We also have a good base knowledge about First Aid.
You always participate on your own risk. We do not take any responsibilities for any loss, damage, injury, sickness or any other unforeseen event. You are responsible for the equipment you use during our activities and failure to follow instructions and something breaks, you'll be charged with the cost of repairing it.
